Requests and confirmation
Submitting the form on this site sends a care request. It is not a confirmed reservation. Care is confirmed in writing only after we have checked availability and completed a meet & greet.
Meet & greet
Every new client begins with a free, no-obligation meet & greet. We may decline care if it isn't a safe or comfortable fit for your dog, our household, or other dogs in our care.
Health and vaccinations
Dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations and free of contagious illness. Boarding guests must be non-aggressive toward people and other dogs. Please tell us about any bite history.
Cancellations
PLACEHOLDER — set your notice period here, for example 24 hours for walks and 7 days for boarding. Holiday bookings may carry a longer notice period.
Rates and payment
PLACEHOLDER — add your rates, accepted payment methods, deposit terms, and holiday surcharge. Where a rate is not published, we quote it on request.
Weather and safety
In extreme heat, cold, or storms we shorten outdoor time and substitute indoor enrichment and a quick garden break. Your dog's safety takes priority over walk length.
Emergencies and veterinary care
If your dog needs urgent care we contact you first, then your emergency contact. If neither can be reached we take your dog to your listed clinic or the nearest emergency hospital. You are responsible for veterinary costs.
Keys and home access
Keys are labelled by code only, stored securely, and returned at the end of care. We only enter your home for the services you've requested.
