- Every new dog starts with a free meet and greet in your home.
- Recurring clients hold fixed weekday slots; one-off walks fit around them.
- Walks go ahead in rain and light snow. Extreme weather becomes a short safe route plus indoor enrichment.
- Keys and fobs are stored coded and never labelled with your address.
