West downtown Toronto
Dog walking and home-style boarding for Parkdale, Roncesvalles, High Park, The Junction, Little Portugal, Liberty Village, Trinity Bellwoods and West Queen West. Small numbers, steady routines, and a person who actually knows your dog.
Requests are not confirmed reservations — we reply personally to arrange a meet and greet.

Your dog walks alone or with one familiar friend. No vans, no group pickups, no six dogs on one hand.
We always meet in your home before a first booking, so your dog knows us before they are left with us.
A photo and a short note after every walk: the route, toilet breaks, appetite, mood, anything worth flagging.
Services
Daily walking and visits for dogs at home, and home-style boarding for the nights you are away.
30 and 60-minute walks, recurring weekly schedules, puppy visits and gentle senior visits.

Overnight and extended stays in a real home — sofas, routines and quiet evenings, not kennel runs.
Why Calm Paws
Most dog care scales by adding dogs. We scale by saying no. That is the whole difference.
We cap how many dogs we take so the schedule stays honest and nobody is rushed through a route.
Your feeding times, your commands, your harness, your walk length. We fit into your dog's life.
Reactive, anxious and recently rehomed dogs are welcome. We take the quiet streets and slow it down.
If something changes — a limp, a skipped meal, an off day — you hear about it the same day.
How it works
Step one
Tell us the service, the schedule and a little about your dog. It takes about three minutes.
Step two
We visit your home, meet your dog, walk through routines and answer everything.
Step three
Keys, access and schedule are confirmed in writing, and your updates start after the first visit.
Service area
We work the neighbourhoods we live in, which means short travel times and walkers who know which streets are quiet.

Questions
Yes. Every new dog starts with a free meet and greet in your home, usually 30 to 45 minutes. We go over your dog's routine, handling preferences, leash and harness setup, recall, and any triggers. Boarding always requires a meet and greet, and for most boarding dogs we also recommend a trial day or overnight before a longer stay.
Recurring clients hold the same weekday time slots, which keeps your dog's routine predictable. One-off walks are booked around those. Please request new or changed visits at least 24 hours ahead where you can; same-day requests are answered when there is room in the route.
Walks go ahead in rain and light snow with towels and a proper dry-off afterwards. In extreme heat, freezing rain, ice storms, or an environment warning, the walk becomes a shorter safe route plus indoor enrichment, a garden break, and a longer settle — never a skipped visit, and never a dangerous one. You are told what we did and why.
Yes, for oral medication, topicals, and most routine treatments, with written instructions and dosage from you. Injections are handled case by case and only where we are confident and competent. Everything given is logged and reported back to you the same day.
