Plain-language notice of what we collect when you request care, and how we look after it.

What we collect
When you send a care request we collect your name, email, phone number, neighbourhood, optional street address, and details about your dog, including age, weight, temperament, medications, vet clinic and an emergency contact.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your request, arrange a meet & greet, plan safe care for your dog, and reach you or your emergency contact if something happens during a walk or stay.
Who can see it
Only Calm Paws staff. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may share relevant details with a veterinarian in an emergency.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept while you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Keys and home access
Keys and door codes are stored separately from your contact details, labelled by code rather than by address, and returned when care ends.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we will action it.
